Is this thing on?

Hi.  Thanks for checking out our new diggs.  It’s crazy hard to believe that we’ve been a family for over four months and I have written diddly squat about it all.   Not only have I been a little busy learning how to be a mom and trying to figure out how not to get sweaty-armpit anxious overthe frillion fingerprints on every surface in my house, but I simply lost my desire to blog for a while.  Thankfully, I have nowfound a zenlike place where I can ignore most all fingerprints.  Better yet, I’ve discovered a little desire to blog again.   So, I’m going to attempt a comeback.

During my absence, I still tried to read all my favorites through bloglines but I rarely ever commented.  It’s not that I didn’t want to comment and let y’all know how super cute/funny/sweet/brilliant your kids were or how the China wait still sucked the biggest suck, it’s just that I couldn’t find time in my day for both reading and commenting.  I really envy you super moms who can do it all.  I’m just not there yet.  And I feel bad about not commenting, trust me I do.  I know how nice it is to read those comments.  Sadly, for the unseeable future, I’ll still be a sucky commenter.  But please know, that in my head, I’m laughing, smiling, getting my heart tugged at, empathising, etc., while I’m reading your blogs.  

So, why the new space?  Because this wordpress thing allows me to make posts private if I so chose.  And privacy is something I may want to take advantage of if I feel like swearing or making fun of people on the big yahoo adoption groups.    

The title, you ask?  Well, Moe is a little nickname we’ve given Miles.  Most often we say Moezilla but Moe will suffice.  How have things been, you ask?  The title really says it all.
